# 콜백 모니터링

현재 콜백 상태를 표시합니다.

1. **총 콜백** : 당일 추가된 총 콜백 수&#x20;
2. **분배된 콜백** : 상담사에게 분배된 콜 수&#x20;
3. **미분배 콜백** : 상담사에게 분배되지 않은 콜 수
4. **닫기 버튼** : 콜백 모니터링 메뉴를 닫습니다.
