# 채팅 모니터링

1. **채팅 중** : 현재 상담사가 진행 중인 채팅 상담 수&#x20;
2. **채팅 대기** : 상담사 연결을 대기하는 채팅 수
3. **닫기 버튼** : 채팅 모니터링 메뉴를 닫습니다.
