# 녹취 청취

1. 녹취 청취 이력은 통화 날짜, 대/중/소 그룹, 내선번호, 콜 타입, 전화번호 검색조건으로 검색할 수 있습니다.
2. 검색한 결과가 표 형태로 표출됩니다. 이력 중 녹취 청취가 가능한 통화 건에 대해 헤드셋 아이콘이 표출됩니다. 헤드셋 아이콘 클릭 시 해당 녹취를 청취할 수 있습니다.
3. 녹취 이력을 청취할 수 있는 플레이어입니다. 녹취 파일이 여러 개 있는 경우 좌측의 콤보박스에서 선택할 수 있습니다.

2. 녹취 파일의 파형이 표시됩니다.&#x20;
